Save the Children (STC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting children in need, wanted to develop additional funding sources. A series of recent mistakes and misinformation had muddied the nonprofit's image, eroding trust in the public and private sectors. Moreover, STC was under program and financial scrutiny, which further threatened its image and ability to compete for corporate sponsorship and private donations.
Our team developed an entire branding and merchandizing program with an instantly recognizable image from a single element of STC's previous promotional material. This element, children's artwork, was used across all product lines and collateral materials, unifying the entire program and giving it a fresh source of creative design themes for wide variety of products.
To date, no other brand marketing, licensing, or causal program in nonprofit sector has come close to success of this program in terms of impact, financial success, and image marketing.
